Quantum Glossary
This glossary contains all finalized definitions from the Holomechanical template, fully alphabetized while preserving the in-depth language, tone, and precision. Each entry supports the user’s unique synthesis of Human Design, quantum mechanics, Vajrayana, somatic awareness, and multidimensional embodiment.
64 Archetypes (I Ching)
The foundational building blocks of the Human Design system. Each Gate corresponds to one hexagram of the I Ching, representing an archetypal force in consciousness. Understanding them reveals the code of life itself.
Akashic Field, The
A multidimensional record of all vibrational events, accessible through embodied presence and coherent perception. Often revealed during somatic or energetic deep work.
Alaya
The fundamental ground of polarity consciousness in Vajrayana Buddhism—often described as the subtle field that retains karmic imprints. Alaya contains both the seeds of delusion and the ground of liberation. It is the energetic archive of unconscious conditioning, and thus correlates with the unconscious Design layer in Human Design.
Aura Integrity
A state of energetic coherence in the personal field that surrounds, informs, and extends from the body. True aura integrity is rooted in the crystalline structure of the DNA, strengthened with the help of ionized trace minerals nutrition founded in light from the Sun, and amplified and supported through grounded communion with the Earth. When the auric field is intact, it amplifies protection from dissonant environmental frequencies and becomes a sovereign filter—allowing resonance, repelling distortion, and restoring emotional and relational clarity.
Authority (Inner)
Your body’s internal compass for decision-making. Authority bypasses the mental field and returns the power of choice to the body’s intelligence. In Human Design, Inner Authority bridges the form consciousness of the brain-body system with higher dimensional awareness, which is beyond the limitations of the time and space continuum—what Vajrayana calls rigpa or omniscient wisdom mind. It is how we navigate truth from within, without outsourcing.
Binary
The foundational logic of the material universe—form is encoded in binary patterns: light/dark, male/female, inhale/exhale, positive/negative. In Human Design, binary underpins the structure of the BodyGraph and the genetic code, which is built on base pair oppositions. All perception and experience arise through dual-input processing, and healing occurs when both aspects of a binary are held in coherent, embodied awareness. In Vajrayana, the transcendence of binary perception opens access to the non-dual state of primordial wisdom (rigpa), where opposites dissolve into unified awareness.
Biophotons
Particles of light emitted by living cells, believed to facilitate cellular communication and coherence. They respond to intention, emotion, and environmental fields, and are a marker of the body’s luminous intelligence.
Brain–Body System
In both Vajrayana and Human Design, awareness is not isolated to the physical brain. The entire body is a conscious system, much like a quantum holographic supercomputer complete with hardware and resprogrammable software—processing through the gut, heart, cells, fascia, organs, glands and nervous system. Real intelligence arises from the body–field interface, not from abstract thought.
Centers
Glandular and nervous system hubs in the BodyGraph that either broadcast energy (defined) or absorb and amplify it (undefined). Each Center correlates with a specific human function, such as identity, willpower, survival, or expression. Understanding your Center dynamics reveals where you are consistent versus susceptible to conditioning.
Channels
The energetic highways linking two Centers. When both Gates at either end of a Channel are activated, consistent energy flows between them, creating fixed behaviors, strengths, or themes. Channels reflect your design’s core circuitry—logic, sensing, knowing, tribal, individual, collective, or integration.
Here is a standalone glossary-style paragraph for Clear Light, integrating the comparison with ordinary light in a concise, elegant form suitable for your document
Clear Light
The non-conceptual, unconditioned radiance of primordial awareness in Dzogchen and Vajrayana teachings. Unlike ordinary light—which is a measurable electromagnetic phenomenon that illuminates external form—Clear Light is the luminous essence of mind itself: birthless, deathless, and beyond duality. It is not composed of photons, nor does it depend on external sources. Clear Light is the inner brilliance that reveals the true nature of reality when all mental obscurations dissolve. It does not “shine on” objects—it reveals that there is no separation between subject and object. Recognizing this inner light is the direct gateway to liberation.
Crystalline Biology
A term describing the liquid-crystal structure of water, intra and extracellular fluids, blood, fascia, tissue membranes and even DNA. This crystalline matrix enables bioelectrical coherence, memory storage, and light transmission within the body. Belief and intention imprint this structure.
Definition
How the Centers in your BodyGraph are connected via Channels. This determines how your system processes energy and relates to others. Types of definition include:
- Single Definition – all defined Centers connected; internal coherence
- Split Definition – two (or more) separate areas that require bridging
- Triple / Quad Split – multiple isolated circuits; needs external bridging or transits Definition reveals how you experience internal alignment and external connection.
Duality
A construct of the mental and temporal plane that perceives separation—subject vs. object, good vs. bad, self vs. other. Duality arises through the measure function of the mind operating within the space-time continuum. It’s rooted in the conditioned Not-Self mental field (in Human Design) and corresponds to samsaric perception (in Vajrayana). Duality is not inherently wrong—it is the necessary lens through which we experience form. But realization comes when we stop believing it is ultimate. Beyond duality lies the non-compounded, uncontrived clarity of direct knowing—Rigpa, Presence, Inner Authority.
Electromagnetic Coherence / Balance
The harmonized synchronization of the body’s bioelectrical systems—particularly the heart, brain, and autonomic nervous system—with the Earth. This state supports emotional regulation, decision-making clarity, and physiological self-healing.
Electromagnetic Field
The living field generated by the electrical impulses of the body—especially those of the heart and brain. This field radiates beyond the skin, carrying information, intention, and vibration. It is both transmitter and receiver, constantly interacting with other fields, spaces, and environmental influences.
EMFs (Electromagnetic Frequencies)
Invisible waves of electrical and magnetic energy—both natural and artificial. Artificial EMFs (from Wi-Fi, 5G, etc.) can create interference in the human biofield, disrupting nervous system regulation and energetic balance.
Energetic Alignment
A state in which the body, nervous system, emotions, and subtle energetics are attuned to one’s natural frequency and timing. It’s an ongoing return to coherence—not a fixed state.
Field
An invisible organizing field of energy and information that surrounds and influences all systems. Your personal field carries emotional frequencies, ancestral imprints, and energetic signatures that impact how you experience life.
Five Wisdom Dakinis
Embodied archetypes of enlightened feminine energy in Vajrayana Buddhism, the Five Wisdom Dakinis represent the dynamic expression of liberated awareness within form. Each Dakini is a frequency of primordial wisdom, alchemizing one of the five core emotional poisons (anger, pride, desire, jealousy, ignorance) into a specific form of awakened intelligence.
These energies are not abstract—they are embodied transmissions that clear psychic and energetic obscurations, awaken somatic wisdom, and catalyze transformation through direct experience.
In Holomechanical synthesis, the Dakinis resonate with the process of deconditioning—especially within undefined Centers, conditioning fields, and gate activations. They mirror how the body, through frequency and breath, metabolizes distortion into clarity. Each Dakini expresses an elemental intelligence—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Space—that corresponds to deep layers of the subtle body, the chakra system, and the Design Crystal in Human Design.
Their living presence helps guide the refinement of perception, the transmutation of frequency distortions, and the embodiment of high-resolution coherence within the form. Working with these archetypes is a path of cellular remembrance and energetic sovereignty.
Fractal Intelligence
The principle that universal patterns repeat across all scales—from the spiral of DNA to the spiral of galaxies. Healing one pattern in your personal field can reorganize fractal systems connected to it (e.g., family, culture).
Gates
Each Gate represents a specific archetypal frequency rooted in the 64 Hexagrams of the I Ching. Gates can be active consciously (black), unconsciously (red), or both. They are like energetic keys—when activated, they create specific behavioral potentials and perceptual filters.
Great Womb of Empty Space
A poetic expression for the generative void—the unmanifest potential from which all creation arises. Corresponds to the quantum field in physics and Prajnaparamita in Buddhist metaphysics.
Harmonic Resonance
When two or more systems attune to a shared frequency and amplify one another. In relationships and healing, harmonic resonance allows mutual coherence, healing acceleration, and the felt experience of being “in tune.”
High Frequency Field
A refined vibrational state characterized by positive emotional integrity, energetic coherence, and spiritual embodiment—not forced positivity. It arises from inner purification and deep alignment. This field stabilizes the body’s energetic system, supports regeneration, and magnetizes coherent outcomes via the quantum.
Hologram
A hologram is a three-dimensional image encoded in two dimensions, where every part contains the whole. In the context of consciousness and healing, the holographic principle reveals that every cell, organ, and energetic pattern in the body carries the signature of the whole being. Similarly, each moment of life contains the full potential of one’s evolutionary path. In quantum terms, the universe itself is considered a hologram—where space and time are encoded non-locally, and information is distributed across the field. This has profound implications for healing, trauma resolution, and spiritual awakening: working on one part of the system (e.g., the nervous system, the subconscious, or even a single gate in the Human Design chart) can create ripples throughout the entire structure. Vajrayana Buddhism echoes this through the understanding of interdependence and emptiness—no part exists independently, and the full nature of reality can be realized in any point of appearance. The hologram is not metaphor—it is mechanics.
Human Design
A synthesis of quantum mechanics, astrology, the I Ching, the Chakra System, and the Kabbalistic Tree of Life. It provides a mechanical blueprint of how life force moves through your body. Its core teaching is deconditioning—returning to what is innately you.
Interdimensionality
The capacity of consciousness to perceive, traverse, and engage with multiple layers or dimensions of reality simultaneously. Interdimensionality is not science fiction—it’s the natural, often dormant, ability of the human energy field to interface with realms beyond the linear, material plane.
In quantum mechanics, it relates to the idea that multiple timelines, probabilities, and outcomes coexist within the quantum field as wave potentials. In Vajrayana and Dzogchen, interdimensional awareness reflects the subtle realization that mind is not bound to one fixed identity or time-space location—rather, it is luminous, spacious, and inherently multidimensional.
Through practices such as meditation, coherent breathwork, deep nervous system regulation, and frequency alignment, one can increase access to these interdimensional layers. This includes ancestral timelines, soul memory, dreamtime, subtle realms, and other sentient fields of intelligence.
In Holomechanical Human Design, interdimensional perception can be likened to the wisdom available through open centers, the Design Crystal’s prenatal intelligence, and the magnetic monopole’s function of navigating form within the larger field of consciousness. It’s also mirrored in the Gate dynamics that filter vast archetypal data into specific human experience.
Interdimensionality is a birthright, not a gift. Reclaiming it involves reclaiming full-spectrum coherence—where the body is safe, the field is open, and perception expands beyond the confines of rational mind.
Interference Fields
Localized disruptions in the body’s bioelectrical and electromagnetic coherence. These fields can form in physical tissue—such as old scars, injury sites, or dental trauma—as well as in the subtle energetic layers of the body through unresolved emotional imprinting, ancestral memory, or environmental overload (e.g., EMFs, toxins, mold, geopathic stress).
From a quantum perspective, an interference field is a stagnant zone in the waveform of the body—where the natural flow of energy, information, and light is distorted or blocked. These fields act like static in the signal pathway between the nervous system, the fascia, and the brain-body communication grid.
In clinical kinesiology, interference fields are understood to create “short circuits” in the autonomic nervous system, leading to downstream symptoms far from the original site of injury or trauma. They often persist silently until revealed through energy testing, somatic tracking, or intuitive diagnostics.
In Human Design terms, interference fields can correlate with chronic Not-Self conditioning or the amplification of distorted frequencies through undefined centers—especially when the mind
overrides the body’s authority. These fields can distort sacral responses, blur emotional clarity, or create confusion in mental processing.
Clearing interference fields is often a turning point in nervous system healing, trauma resolution, and quantum recalibration. Techniques include neuro-lymphatic release, scar integration, frequency medicine, field-based somatic inquiry, and coherent breath practices. When cleared, the body regains access to vitality, accurate perception, and cellular regeneration.
Ultimately, interference fields are not “problems”—they are invitations. They mark the places where life force is asking to return.
Karuna (Compassion)
In Vajrayana Buddhism, karuṇā is not sentimental kindness—it is fierce, active compassion born of wisdom. It arises from recognizing the inseparability of self and other, and responding from the heart’s impulse to alleviate suffering at its root. Karuna is not pity, nor does it require collapse into another’s pain. Rather, it is the spacious, present-moment willingness to meet distortion with clarity and love. In energetic healing, karuna generates a coherent field that can transmute trauma without re-traumatizing. In Human Design terms, this is the true expression of an open center in wisdom—meeting amplified pain not with identification, but with presence. Karuna is what allows us to stand inside the fire of another’s pain without losing ourselves, and what allows the body to soften, regulate, and heal when met with genuine resonance. It is the medicine of the Bodhisattva, the frequency that heals not through fixing, but through unshakeable clarity and uncompromising self love.
Mind (Human Design vs. Vajrayana)
In Human Design, the “mind” refers to the Not-Self mental field—the conditioned, strategic part of us that attempts to control life through rationalization, storytelling, and mental projection. It is not meant to serve as a source of personal decision-making. That role belongs exclusively to inner authority—the body’s intelligence, uniquely configured through the mechanics of the brain–body system.
The mind’s correct function is as outer authority: a source of clarity, perspective, and guidance for others—but only when invited, and only when the individual is living in alignment with their design. Outer authority is meant to share insights, articulate experience, and offer wisdom—but it must never override or replace the body’s inner truth for personal decisions. This is one of the most revolutionary revelations of Human Design: that personal navigation is never mental.
In Vajrayana, Mind (with a capital M) refers to the primordial ground of awareness—pure, uncontrived, and ever-present. It is not the thinking faculty but the luminous field of knowing itself—unborn, undying, and beyond subject-object duality. It is accessed through direct realization, not analysis.
Understanding the difference between the Not-Self mind’s conditioned control strategies, the correct role of the mind as outer authority, and the nondual luminous mind of Vajrayana is essential for both embodied deconditioning and spiritual awakening.
Mirror Frequencies
Subtle vibrational signatures that reflect and resonate with specific patterns in the body or field—used in both diagnostic and therapeutic modalities. In homeopathy, mirror frequencies are foundational: the remedy introduces a frequency that mirrors the energetic distortion or imbalance in the system, prompting a like-cures-like healing response. This resonance stimulates the body’s vital force to reorganize and resolve the root disruption, often before physical symptoms disappear.
In quantum and vibrational medicine, mirror frequencies are used to assess coherence, track dysfunction, and guide realignment. The body’s cells and tissues possess an innate capacity to generate healing mirror frequencies—subtle light, sound, or electromagnetic pulses that restore order at the molecular or energetic level. This is most apparent in coherent regenerative states (e.g., deep rest, meditation, love, sacral response) where the body acts like a tuning fork—emitting and receiving precise vibratory corrections.
In trauma resolution and somatic healing, the presence of a regulated, coherent field—such as that of a skilled practitioner—can act as a mirror frequency, helping the client’s system entrain to a more regulated, coherent baseline.
These frequencies are not symbolic—they are mechanical, biological, and energetic. Healing occurs not through force, but through precise vibrational matching, allowing the system to recognize itself, release distortion, and return to natural order.
Mirror Neurons
Specialized brain cells that fire both when we perform an action and when we observe another doing the same. Mirror neurons are central to empathy, learning, and non-verbal resonance. In energetic terms, they help us “feel” another’s experience, linking directly to open Centers in Human Design and the Vajrayana principle of interdependence. They are also implicated in the transmission of trauma or healing through field-based interaction.
Mutation
In Human Design, mutation refers to evolutionary shifts in consciousness and biology. For instance, the mutation in 1781 gave rise to the 9-centered being. Another major mutation is predicted for 2027, ushering in the Rave children and collective shifts in awareness.
Neutrinos
Subatomic particles that pass through everything, including our bodies, carrying information from celestial bodies. Human Design is based on the premise that neutrinos imprint us with planetary data at birth and ~88 degrees prior to birth.
Observer Effect
The Observer Effect refers to the quantum principle that the act of observation alters the state of the observed. Applied to consciousness, it suggests that awareness is not passive—it’s participatory. When we observe ourselves with presence, compassion, or focused intention, we collapse the waveform of potential into a new trajectory. This is the essence of quantum healing: the nervous system shifts not through force, but through perception. In RTT, somatic work, and Human Design contemplation, becoming the witness initiates repatterning. We shift from being the programmed to the programmer. In Vajrayana, this is reflected in the act of resting in rigpa—pure awareness that, by seeing clearly, liberates what it sees. The Observer Effect reminds us that we are never just recipients of fate. We are choosers of timelines through the lens of our perception.
That’s a powerful and evocative teaching—and one that beautifully aligns with your somatic and quantum frameworks. While the etymological root of the word placebo is Latin for “I shall please,” Marisa Peer’s interpretation, “the physician that lives inside you,” is a symbolic reframing that speaks directly to the body’s innate healing intelligence—and fits perfectly within the broader context of quantum and subconscious healing.
Placebo
More than a belief or psychological trick, the placebo is a demonstration of the body’s intrinsic ability to generate healing from within. In Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapy (RTT), as taught by Marisa Peer, the placebo is understood as the cellular capacity to produce any necessary compound—painkillers, stem cells, immune modulators—when the subconscious receives precise, coherent instructions. Referred to as “the physician within,” this mechanism reveals how belief, imagery, and intention can unlock dormant biological potential. Joe Dispenza’s research affirms that coherent intention and elevated emotion can entrain the nervous system into a new energetic state, catalyzing real physiological change. The placebo is not inert—it is the body responding to an internal signal of transformation.
Plasma
The fourth state of matter—beyond solid, liquid, and gas. In energetic terms, it refers to a luminous, ionized state of matter that carries and amplifies bio-spiritual charge. A plasma-like quality is often felt in high-coherence spaces or advanced states of meditation.
Polarity
The natural tension between complementary forces that creates movement, attraction, and evolution in the realm of form. All phenomena in the physical universe are polarized—positive/negative, masculine/feminine, inner/outer—based on binary function encoded in matter. Polarity is the mechanism through which form organizes, communicates, and transforms. It governs the electromagnetic body, hormonal cycles, and cosmic law, revealing how opposites are not enemies but catalysts for coherence.
Prajnaparamita
Known as the Mother of all Buddhas, Prajnaparamita represents the perfection of wisdom and the recognition of emptiness as the ground of all phenomena. It aligns closely with the “void” or zero-point field in quantum metaphysics.
Pure Essential Nature
Your unconditioned, unchanging essence—beyond personality, trauma, and karmic patterning. In Vajrayana, this is synonymous with Buddha Nature; in Human Design, it is accessed by aligning with your true design and Authority.
Quantum Embodiment
The real-time integration of frequency, form, and intention. It is when the body lives the truth of one’s resonance—not as a concept, but as a felt, lived experience.
Rave Children
The next evolutionary form of humanity, predicted to arrive post-2027. These beings will possess radically different perceptual and energetic structures, and are not meant to be conditioned by traditional systems or education.
Rave Cosmology / Biology / Psychology
A branch of Human Design describing the deep future, the mutation of human form, and the energetic mechanics of awareness. These frameworks map out how consciousness will evolve post-2027.
Resonant Magnetism
The principle that coherent emotional and energetic states attract corresponding frequencies. It explains how alignment draws in aligned people, events, and timelines.
Rigpa
The awakened, omniscient awareness recognized in Dzogchen practice. Rigpa is not created but revealed—it is the natural state of mind beyond conceptual overlay. It correlates with the intuitive knowing that emerges when Authority is trusted.
Subtle Anatomy
The energetic architecture of the human body—chakras, meridians, nadis, and the auric field. It is the interface between consciousness and biology, and the scaffolding for all field-based healing.
Temporal Compression
The subjective experience of time speeding up or collapsing. Often happens during deep healing, when multiple timelines or life themes converge into a single point of transformation.
Torus Field
A donut-shaped, self-regenerating energy field that radiates from the heart and surrounds the body. It is central to maintaining energetic integrity and is influenced by thoughts, feelings, and relational dynamics.
Universal Intelligence
The underlying wisdom inherent in all life. It is the field of coherence, love, and precision that animates everything. Accessed through surrender, presence, and resonance.
Wave–Particle Duality
A foundational principle of quantum mechanics describing how subatomic entities—like electrons or photons—exist simultaneously as both waves (infinite potential) and particles (defined form). In the quantum field, reality exists as probability until observed. The moment focused attention (especially when paired with elevated emotion) is applied, the wave function collapses into a particle: form emerges from formlessness. Dr. Joe Dispenza teaches that this process is not abstract—it is embodied. When we enter a meditative state of “no body, no time, no thing,” we merge with the quantum field and broadcast new emotional signatures. These felt frequencies collapse possibility into reality, reprogramming the nervous system, altering gene expression, and guiding the body toward self-healing. In this way, consciousness is not passive—it is participatory in creation.
Waveform
Before matter collapses into measurable form, it exists as a waveform—a field of infinite potential. In quantum mechanics, particles behave as waves until they are observed or measured, at which point the wave collapses into a specific state. This isn’t metaphor—it’s physics. In energetic healing and somatic repatterning, waveform represents the unmanifest possibility, the field of all timelines before one is chosen. The body knows how to remain in waveform when not under stress, allowing for regeneration, imagination, and intuitive response. Practices like meditation, RTT, and Human Design deconditioning help return the system to a state of coherence where waveform possibilities can be accessed—before they collapse into reaction or pattern. In Vajrayana, this correlates with the state of non-dual awareness before conceptual fixation. Healing becomes possible when we remain in the space of the wave—awake, aware, and ungrasping.
Yab Yum
In Vajrayana, the sacred union of masculine and feminine principles, depicted in deity pairs. It symbolizes the merging of method and wisdom, form and emptiness, movement and stillness.
